Does a phone tether come with each crossbody phone lanyard?

Yes! Each purchase of a crossbody lanyard includes one complimentary phone tether. However, please note that we do not currently sell phone cases, and need to be purchased separately.

 

Do I need a special phone case to use the crossbody lanyard?

A special phone case is not needed to use the crossbody lanyard. The phone tether should be compatible with most standard phone cases. 

 

When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed from the mail carrier. You will receive a tracking number from us in your confirmation email.

What is your return policy?

If your item arrives damaged, you may return the item(s) within 10 days of receiving the item(s). Please note that currently, we can only process returns for manufacturer errors, as we're a small business working to provide the best service possible. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Please review the following guidelines to initiate a return:

1. Eligibility:

• Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of receiving the item(s).
• Items must be unused and in their original condition. 
• The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Initiate the Return:

• To initiate a return, please submit the return form here. 

3. Packaging:

• Please ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Include the original packaging and all accessories.

4. Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
• Colorscape Theory is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return process.

5. Inspection and Refund:

• Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the inspection is completed.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

7. Liability:

• Colorscape assumes no responsibility or liability for any damage or adverse outcomes when using any of our goods and products.

8. Exchange:

• We currently do not offer exchanges.
